Project statement.

Problem or situation that requires a solution

In this project I am trying to change or solve a problem that the students of the UPBC require the problem of question is the enrollment process of the school since this process tends to be messy and long the main problem is the waiting lines and the process can be complicated it also takes time from students and full time teachers

My three stamens for my projects are

1. 1.    .The process of enrollment is complicated and it takes time from students and teachers
2. 2.    As the school grown whit every quarter the enrollment process will became more and more complicated and time consuming
3. 3.   There is a opportunity of change so students have more interactive way of creating schedules whit out waiting lines.

My project will try to convince you in how the enrollment process can change first of all UPBC has a website and a platform called SIAX in which students can see their scores and schedules and information but the platform is misused it still can give more of it my project is to take this platform that already exist and add more to it especially the enrollment instead of going to the bank and pay go to school wait in line for your payment to be processed  then go whit a full time teacher for your assignments this process is long and complicated since it involves the students and teacher in order to get enrolled in school with my project this process will became more easy  fast and more interactive instead of going with a full time teacher how about use the SIAX to enroll yourself in school just go to UPBC website print your bank receipt pay log in to SIAX and it will allow you to choose your schedule and assignments and if you require extra help you can get in contact with school authorities .

How this can be done.

It can be done by making research between the students the ones who have this issue and implement it it will require programing and design or the tool and web development and design since it will require for someone to know the tool SIAX  and modify it also make changes to the structure of the enrollment of UPBC and make sure students agree to this change and they understand it so no problems occur during the change of the process
